Just purchased a new Toshiba s6921.
I have full signal from a router, but when I try to go on internet explorer it tells me that the page can not be displayed.
When I clicked the diagnose my problem link, it gave me nothing.

Please help!

Can you use other programs that connect to the internet? Such as updating your anti-virus program or any other program that needs the internet.

Unplug the router, then plug it back in. Reboot your computer, and see if that works.
