I have just installed Windows XP week ago and since then I can't do a thing to view Flash and JavaScript elements.

I was reinstalling Flash a couple of times and nothing changed. I have no ideas what could went wrong.

Not only I have problems with Flash, viewing JavaScript too (even emoticons on forums), I think it has to be related.

And yes, of course, I did enable viewing both in my browsers.

What can be wrong here?

You need to use the Flash Uninstaller to uninstall the old version of Flash and then install the new version of Flash.
