Hello everyone , excuse my inexperience, I'm not very good with computers even tho I use mine regularly to download music and films etc. (Just for the record I ALSO BUY loads of music regularly to support the bands that i love.)
Anyway the reason I've signed up here is because the hijack this feature reccommended i did so to get help with the logs etc., so here we are...
Hope that this is the start of a good experience and hopefully I will get a better understanding of how to keep my pc healthy and perhaps what programs/websites to avoid etc.!
Peace Love and Rock & Roll

There are several excellent Tutorials (see the tab at the top of the page) that will improve your understand of computer security best practices. Since you do a lot of downloading, the greatest care should be exercised in determining if the source is safe.
