Avira picked up TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen and since then my computer has become virtually impossible to use, extremely slow with constant virus alerts from all my hard drive partitions and the system32 folder.

I tried running SDFix following instructions elsewhere but it wasn't any use.
I would really appreciate some help.
