To prevent further problems in installing Flash, follow these directions.

Use the Adobe Flash Uninstaller to uninstall the old Adobe Flash player.
Download the uninstaller to your desktop from the link below.
Be sure to close all browsers, IMs, and programs other than security programs before running uninstaller.

Turn off popup blocker in IE. (Click on Tools, click on "turn off popup blocker".)
Turn popup blocker back on after installing Adobe Flash.

Download the latest Adobe Flash Player and run it. This will install the ActiveX Flash program in IE.

If you are using a different browser other than IE, post back with the browser you are using.

You will have to be logged on in an "administrator" account to install flash.

Download Adobe Flash Player from here:

Flash Player 10 for Internet Explorer : http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/
Flash Player 10 for Firefox, Opera etc : http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_firefox/

When the setup download is finished, you will have install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe for IE and install_flash_player_10.exe for others. Double click on them to install. Normally, you don't have to uninstall older versions before installing newer but its safe to do so.
