Here's the problem:
My normal background desktop picture will not load, instead, it is a solid black screen with a grey box in the middle with a message that says...
"Dangeous Spyware" in big bold yellow letters.. following this, right under.. it says "Many viruses were found on your computer such as Trojan horse, PassCapture, etc. Your personal information can fall into in the 'third hands' Please check your computer with a special software. Thank."
I cannot access the internet and I could not check my SuperAntiSpyware for updates. There was a message that read "There was an error trying to retrieve defitinions. Mkae sure your firewall is not blocking 'SuperAntiSpyware.exe.' from accessing the internet"
I know something is the matter because today I uninstalled norton virus scanner because my trial was up. This also uninstalled a firewall system I suppose?
So I know that I do not have one, therefore.. my firewall couldn't possibly be blocking anything.
Steps: I reboot my computer into safe mode (no networking) and i ran my SuperAntiSpyware program. It found many trojans and vundos. I could rid of them, restarted my computer into safe mode, this time with networking.. and it said there was a "keyboard failure", this would not allow me to log into my name for computer usage. So I was forced to restart again, and load into normal mode. Wallah.. my keyboard had no "failure" but the desktop message was still there.
Also, I got a pop up that said "RunDLL" at the top and in it, it said "Error Loading c:/windows/system32/duhegatu.dll The specified module could not be found"
I hope this all helps with whatever it is that I have!
My computer system info:
Microsoft Windows XP
Pentium® 4CPU 3.00 GHz
1.50 GBz Ram
Hope that was what I needed to post.. and I hope all the info i provided was sufficient for anything needed!
