dll32 not valid

I have no idea what this means. sometimes it says something like installing only 1% dll32 then the C:\windows\system32\dll32.dll not part of original system or :thumbsup: dll32 not valid.......I don't know where to go. or what to do ..This pops on as my desktop is loading, can you help?

DLL32.DLL is used by Toshiba keyboard management and some other virtual networking management softwares. But it is also used by Trojans/Malwares.

You can check by uploading this file to the following online scans:


If the file comes clean then it is DLL conflict. Try reinstalling softwares that caused this problem in SAFE mode.
