does any one know how some logged into my yahoo site and deleted all my information? and how do you get yahoo to respond to the breach?? I have e-mailed them a huge amount of e-mails and have not even received an acknowledge ment.
I have lost my web site,homepage had sign ups costed to me and my e-mails re directed. alot of friends are experiencing trouble because of this hacker. I have his e-mail address but its only a front from there its redirected else where. I hope he doesn't get into a secure site where my c cards have been.I have been with yahoo many years
How did they get in I have firewalls etc and so far nothing has entered.

A trojan, Bot or keylogger installed on your computer could have stolen your passwords. The fact your friends are having problems could indicate this malware is being passed in your internet "circle". What type of anti-virus/malware programs are you using?
