static dns entry

after detecting and removing some Trojans with symantec antivirus i noticed a strange dns entry in my tcp ip settings, i tried installing malwarebytes which appeared to install but will not open let alone scan. i removed the dns entry and it hasn't changed back again. i'd like to think i'm in the clear but malwarebytes not running has me worried

Can you try to run MBAM in Safe Mode?
