Hi, this site has been helpful in helping me remove spyware Antivirus Gold & PSGuard. However, it might have been due to my oversight, or that my problem is a unique one, i am still unable to regain 100% on my PC.

My current prob is that i keep getting this error message:
"Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

This message will keep appearing, even after I have closed it countless times. As such, i am unable to recover my active desktop.
