Hi guys,

I currently have 3 problems with my laptop (using XP professional):

1. When I start up my PC I get the following message, "RUNDLL - Error loading dll32. The specified module could not be found"

2. I am now no longer able to access the internet

3. My virus-scan shows only 1 infection C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe but does not delete it ("object is white listed. Critical file that should not be removed")

Are the 3 problems somehow linked? how do I remedy this? (or at the very least access internet again)

Grateful for your feedback and advice

No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.
