all antivirus related programs and installation just wont open

Hi, im a having a big problem... it's obvious that i'm infected with a virus/malware..
Task Manager, Regedit, msconfig,cmd, all opens up for just half a sec and closes immediately..
I tried installing Nod32 and A V A S T (i can't type it w/o spaces, my browser will close) << another effect of the malware
yes even browsing for and at antivirus sites causes the browser to close

I also can't get access to C:\windows and the folder of the installed antivirus (A V G).. explorer closes
everytime i try to open it...

Can anyone help me out in this??

AND by the way, When i try to boot in safe mode, i see the files scrolling down.. then i see a glimpse (and i mean Glimpse) of what i think is the BSOD for also a second then my comp restarts.. hmp

Please note that I am in the process of my training so it may take a while for me to get back to you, as each of my fixes need to be checked by a coach first.
  • Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
  • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  • Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)

  • RSIT Log
