Can anyone help me with this problem. It has resulted in my firewall on Windows XP being turned off and my administrator permissions seem to be unavailable. I have done a full scan in normal and also safe mode using AVG free and a disk cleanup but I am still getting threat prompts. I have a csv file from my last scan if that is helpful?

Any help would be really appreciated.

No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.
