We have version windows 2003 for our server and would like to run defragment on it. I also have on the server Executive software diskeeper. I have tried to run the one that comes with Windows and the Executive Software Diskeeper. Apparentely they are written from the same company. I get the exact same message

Diskeeper -
unable to launch or connect Diskeeper service. Possible causes are that another Diskeeper process is currently connected to this computer or Diskeeper is not installed correctly 0001
