Hello LewEllis and welcome to BleepingComputer.

If you haven't already done so, download Ad-aware SE v1.06 from LavaSoft. Install and update it. Run a "Full scan", but uncheck "Search for negligible risk entries" and "Search for low-risk threats". Allow Ad-aware to remove anything it finds.

Configure Windows to enable viewing of Hidden and System files.

Download LQfix.zip.
- Unzip it to your desktop.
- Don't use it yet.

Click on Start, Run, type in services.msc and click the Ok button.
- Locate the ISEXEng service and double click on it.
- Click the Stop button.
- In the Startup type dropdown select Disabled.
- Click the Apply button and then the Ok button.
- Repeat for the following services:Windows Update Service
Win32 Configuration

Close the Services window

Click Start, Run, type in cmd and click the Ok button. A command window will open.
- Copy/paste the text sc delete ISEXEng into the Command Prompt window and press the Enter key:
- Repeat for the following:sc delete Windows Update Service
sc delete Win32 Configuration

Close the Command Prompt window.

Reboot into Safe Mode.

Locate LQFix.bat on your desktop.
- Doubleclick on LQFix.bat. A command window will open and close again, that is normal.

Start HJT and click on the SCAN button. Put a check mark in front of the following lines if they still show:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {ED103D9F-3070-4580-AB1E-E5C179C1AE41} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [checkrun] C:\windows\system32\eliteabs32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Win32 Configuration] videosd32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Update Machine] winss.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Clock] C:\WINDOWS\mshepl.exe

O23 - Service: ISEXEng - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\angelex.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: Windows Update Service (muamgrd) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\muamgrd.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: Win32 Configuration (Windows Manage) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\videosd32.exe" -netsvcs (file missing)

With ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED, click on Fix Checked.

Open Windows Explorer (Windows key+e), navigate to and delete the following files and folders (Don't be concerned if they can not be found):

C:\WINDOWS\mshepl.exe <--Files
C:\WINDOWS\winss.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\eliteabs32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\videosd32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\winss.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\angelex.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\muamgrd.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\videosd32.exe

Reboot normally and post a fresh HJT log. How are things running?
