logitech webcam makes bad sound

i got a logi tech quickcam web on w indows me
but it works fine when i recored stuff but when i do a video thing in msn messenger its makes this really retarded sound its like echoing but wrose
it uesd to work fine its that my other computer broke down and we had to use the old computer

Did you install the proper drivers for the older operating system?

i think so Lol
see some guy gave me this webcam with no drivers and didit tell me what model it was
but i plug it in windows vista and it told its a logi tech quickcam web so i just got those drivers
the thing is that it uesd to work fine about a year a ago
