Need suggested freeware application blocker in WinXP

Anyone please help me blocked a program for preventing it to run. And also how to blocked website for blocked program to prevent it downloaded and installed again. Lets say i have WarRock Installed on pc. And i wanted to not run it again. And how to prevent it access the site.

I know there is application program for this. I need the suggested one, but trusted and well run.

Can't you just uninstall it? If you have trouble doing that, I hear revouninstaller does a good job of that. It should take the program off and that should stop any thing going out to update.. :thumbsup:

It won't work, Because they will just install it again, that's why i want to block also the site. And aside of that i dont want change user accounts because they'll know it.

im the only adult using this 22 yrs of age, i maintain our pc at home its hard to scan it all the time coz i can't track changes they make all time. Sometimes they install games that not in the systemrequirements. thats why i need to locked those program. w/o their knowing.

If you're the Admin, put the others on a Limited account, and password protect your account.
They won't be able to install anything from a Limited account.

Anything you do they will know it. If the computer is yours and you allow others to use it, then you control it.
A limited account seems to be the way to go.

last time i create a user accounts they can't play garena coz need microsoft .net framework 2.0 and i thought not available at new creater user accounts. Please tell me how to configure this.
