i cant get rid of this exe

i let my cousin on my computer for the weekend and i saw he downloaded utorrent and a program now i cant get rid of this program or reg entry......and i uninstalled to need for speed game but this .exe is still on there how do i get rid of it

theres no folder i dont know how to get rid of it, not even my anti-virus can see it

For starters, download Autoruns:
Use it to locate the entry and disable it
