What is the safest browser to surf the net ?

Is FireFox with noscript immune to malicious drive-by sites ?
What do you get when you cross a plumber with a TV repair guy ?

You are never completely immune, ever. Personally I use firefox with noscript, but you also have to be a smart surfer.
