Manually delete that, don't execute it!

Unless you know it to be a false positive

How's your computer running?

Firewall

Virus scanner (automatic checking)

As Spybot and AVG didn't seem to pick these issues up

I just use windows firewall and the NAT in my router as I have seen too many infection blow right thru software firewalls,

I have seen advanced users reccomending outpost

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outpost_Firewall_Pro

The paid version of MBAM with it's autoschedule and protection module is a good supplement to a free antivirus like Avira

I keep spybot for immuniation of sdhelper and hosts protection

Keeping updated is critical but safe hex and vigilence are the most important elements in a safe computing experience.

Surfing with a limited user or using firefox with noscript can be equally as important.
