Hi all, I'm from the Mat-Su valley in Alaska. I do computer cleanups for a small living but mostly for the satisfaction of whupping the baddies.

Most of the cleanups I do (unless they come to me) are via Remote Assistance or NetMeeting <---- depending on the OS of the requesting client.

I use Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware SE, HJT, all for my clients. I have NIS2004 installed on my computer, and use online Panda and Trend House Calls on a regular basis.

I must say, I was gratified to see in the Spybot tutorial, the info to use Advanced mode and uncheck all instances in the *Ignore Products*.

Most people do not know about this.
