how to find a free converter to convert mpeg to mov ,wav or mpg

I have a mpeg file that needs to be in mov , wav or mpg . The website that i need to upload to will not let me upload my video i have tried many ways!! please help

Go to one of the download sites likee major geeks, softpedia, c-net, and others in the search type free video converter and see what converters come up, you maybe able to use one of them.

Have a look at Format Factory. I don't actually use it myself as I have no need, but it comes highly recommended on another Forum I frequent.
