I've installed all the windows updates and got the new version of Hijackthis. Thanks for your help. Here's my new log:

Scan with HijackThis and put checks next to the following items. Make sure you have no browser windows open and click "fix Checked":

Delete any of these files that remain:

Reboot, scan with HijackThis again and post a fresh log please.
