Did you see MS have a support page for this, relating to an HP DeskJet 932c printer?
Here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q309476/

Is that of relevance?

Soltek QBIC, Pentium 4 3.0GHz, 512MB RAM, 200GB SATA HDD, ATI Radeon 9600XT 256MB, Netgear 54Mb/s WAP, ridiculously expensive Satellite Broadband
Windows XP Home SP2, Trend Micro Internet Security, Firefox, Thunderbird, AdAwareSE, Spybot S&D, SpywareBlaster, A-squared Free, Ewido Security Suite.

Rimmer, Iím using HP 1210, havenít touched the program for two yrs so doubt the 932c problem applies.
Tq1911, your article keeps referring to IE-5, besides Iím much too a novelist to be messing with the registers. I believe my immediate approach should be to download foxfire as another backup browser (using mozilla 1.7.8) and see if you all could find me a program (cheap) that will fix this. Does that sound feasible? Would you?

Computers??????#&!~ The problem is fixed. What did I do? I changed IE home page from bellsouth to MSN. Mozilla is still using bellsouth home page but I have noticed that itís data bar (whatever you call it) at the bottom of the screen which shows all itís functions as it goes to a site & itís return path never gets to done when returning to home page as use to. It always hangs now when returning to home page on transfering data from bellsouth.net. Donít know if itís my problem or bellsouths but both browsers working fine. Ccleaner shows no issues.
