Change Menu delay time

you know how when u mouse over start menu items, it takes a second for the submenu you moused over to appear? well if you find this annoying like me, you can get it to go a lot faster. one way to do it is download TweakUI for windows here

click on the mouse section and change speed all the way to the left at the fastest setting.

the more manual way to do it is, go in the registry editor, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER>ControlPanel>Desktop, and change the value of menushowdelay to 0. reboot and changes should have taken effect
