Hi, Punky.

What problems are you having. I don't see anything really bad in your log.

I hate to answer a question, with a question, but I do have a few for you, so that it can be determined what is wrong:

"C:\WINDOWS\LTMSG.exe"
This looks like a dial-up connection file. Are you using dial-up?

"C:\HP\KBD\KBD.EXE"
This is for a Logitech keyboard. Did you change keyboards recently?

"C:\WINDOWS\ALCXMNTR.EXE"
This is for your on-board audio. Do you have a seperate sound card?

"C:\Program Files\AIM\aim.exe"
"C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe"
"C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\ypager.exe"
All of these are different IM services. If you have all of these running with dial-up, I would suggest using Trillian. As long as you have them running, they take up internet bandwidth, and can slow your connection down.

"C:\mysql\bin\mysqld-nt.exe"
When you bring up Task Manager, does this process use up alot of CPU %?

There are a few minor things that may need a little tweeking, but I would like to know the stats on the computer itself. CPU, RAM, and even HD space would be a big help.
We are all curious like a cat. We wonder, we ask, we learn.
Please post back when a suggestion works, so that others may learn.

This may help determine what is eating up so much of your computer. Brink up Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL), and click Processes tab. Here you will see everything that is currently running on your computer. Click View->Select columns, and put a checkmark by CPU Usage, CPU Time, Memory Usage, Peak Memory Usage, Virtual Memory Size, and Base Priority, and click OK. Post the name of the file that is using up the most CPU %, CPU Time, and Mem Usage. There may be different files for each one, or all of them may be the same.

You said that one of the things with your computer is that it hates you. Is there times that it takes forever to close applications, programs seem to close by themselves, or you get error codes?

Another thing that I forgot to ask. Have you scanned your computer with the latest virus test? Do you have a Spyware program running? If you do not have both of these running, and you have Hi Jack This fix something, it can actually cause more harm then good.
