Infected... with something. Affecting run32dll.exe?

I know there is something lurking on my computer but neither McAfee or AdAware can find it. My computer has been running much slower and I am receiving constant pop up ads. The first indication that something was wrong is that certain websites that I frequent wouldn't load at all (i.e. Facebook). When I shut my computer down I am forced to manually end run32dll.exe. Also, when I attempted to perform a system restore (before I was sure this was a viral problem) it simply gave me the message "Cannot perform system restore" after rebooting - no matter which date I attempted to do so from. Can someone help? Here is the DDS log:
