I want to remove Trend Micro PC-Cillin from my computer but it does not let me uninstall, when I try to remove the program a pop up appears:

Error 2753. The File 'pccmsi.dll' is not marked for instillation.

I am trying to remove Trend Micro PC -cillin Internet Security 2007...
The version is out of date and the anti virus has expired so I was planning on changing to Norton so what might be the fastest way to fix this problem?

The tool garmanma has linked you to should work since it is supposed to be universal--in other words it should work on all older versions. But just FYI, Trend has some other tools for older versions of PC-Cillan and related Trend products. They can all be found on this page:
http://www.support.antivirus.co.uk/trendmi...530&appId=1

Trend makes this a little more complicated than it should be. The main problem with the article that garmanma has linked you to is that for Trend's 2008 version the removal tool is in your Trend program folder--there is no download link. So if you have a version earlier than 2008, the TISSuprt.exe removal tool file may not be in that folder--instead the removal tool file from the previous versions, PccTool.exe, might be there and is the one you should use.

If neither tool is in your program files folder, all of Trend' removal tools can be downloaded from the site I linked to. I don't know why Trend doesn't just link to the download of the latest removal tool and tell you that it can remove all the old versions on that first page--otherwise the instructions are pretty user friendly.
