Relevant knowledge spyware

Hi there.
I installed a free cd burner application and found out that relevant knowledge is installed along as well.
My spybot search and destroy prompt me that relevantknowledge is a malicious software and block its access.
I uninstalled it through the add/remove program
Am I safe now?
Any idea on how to check if my computer is completely clean?

I did a quick scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.34
And the result is as shown below..

Can anyone tell me if I am safe?
Or should I do a full system scan?
