computer acting strange RECYCLER thing

ok when i try to go to my c drive i get "Windows cannot find RECYCLER\ (bunch of numbers) .com"
i can get in my c drive only when i right click and go to explore. heres my hijack this log

also i might have another virus or somthing because on every single website i go to there are ads for bleep enlargment including this website.

also my Ad-Aware and AVG Free wont update it says connection failed
