I really only see a weird service running at the moment:
O23 - Service: Windows - Unknown owner - C:\WINNT\srvany.exe

And one weird file. Do you know what this is?
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows32] C:\WINDOWS\system32\killILLUMINATI.exe

If you could please be a little bit more descriptive about "funky stuff going on", that would sure help give me a better idea on how to proceed.

well, i think the funky stuff was from that "killilluminati.exe", either that or the "srvany" file. I used a program called "AUTORUNS" and deleted them while in safe mode. The "funky stuff" I was referring to involved my home page constantly being changed to some UK website, as well as one of my folders kept getting loaded up on files that looked like ***crack.exe. The only thing going on now is that there is one file that has no extension, a size of 0kb, and will not delete.

Here's the new log, just let me know how i'm doin.... Thanks again..

PC CILLIN keeps telling me that CSRSS.exe is a trojan.

It could be...csrss is a valid file, but it can also be trojaned. Does PC CILLIN offer to fix it? In cases like that (where it might be a legitemate file) it is always useful to get a second opinion. Submit it to Jotti's, and see what Jotti says.
http://virusscan.jotti.org/

Other than that, I think you did a fantastic job. That 0kb file that is causing you problems...did you try deleting it in safe mode, or renaming it, and then rebooting? Sometimes files like that can be a bugger to get rid of. One other trick is to boot into safe mode, drag the file into a folder (just make one caled 'junk' or something) then reboot, and try to delete the folder.

Just out of curiosity, what is the name of the file? You say it has no extension...maybe it is really a folder?
