I cleaned the system and repaired the TCP/IP stack last night- All is well.

Last night I was infected by an unknown Trojan. I was running Windows live One Care, and it saw the virus, but was unable to clean it. I have since installed Norton 360, but am unable to update the virus defs or activate the product since I have no Internet connectivity. I *think* whatever caused this, is still alive on my computer.
I have run a full scan with Norton, but it found nothing.
When pinging an Internet address (by name) ie bleepingcomputer.com I get nothing, it simply jumps to the next line
This me me think the TCP/IP stack is corrupt. I have tried a couple netsh commands. but since I believe the virus is still on my PC, this hasn't worked.
I was up ALL night working on this and am no longer able to think straight- PLEASE HELP!!
