I am getting unrelated pop up-windows continuously. Also two days back, I got pop up message to install Anti Virus 2009, when I close it a window opens which shows a 'fake' virus scan.

My system has symantec anti virus protection. It has detected viruses but wasn't able to completely remove those. Below are the risk history details:

Also the first time I turn on my PC I get a Blue Screen: saying that the system has shut down suddenly and the physical memory dump happens and then I have to turn on the system again.

Below is the problem details I get when I restart the system again.

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.256.4
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: c000021a
BCP1: A11874A0
BCP2: C0000001
BCP3: 00000000
BCP4: 00000000
OS Version: 6_0_6000
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1

When I followed some basic steps to resolve the issue I found two entries in the 'start up' list which were unknown and looked malicious :

Startup item Command
CPM15e2181e Rundll32.exe "C:\Windows\system32\yobiseha.dll",a
lotejuponi Rundll32.exe "C:\Windows\system32\zadaripu.dll",s

My support team in our office informed that there are two more files which looked suspicous in my PC:

C:\Windows\system32\ockuox.dll
C:\Windows\system32\merunime.dll

First, I was told to locate the files in my PC and send to them but I did not find any files of that name in that location. Then, I was told to run SDFix tool but my PC's OS is Windows Vista and SDFix doesn't work. Can you please help in cleaning my system fromthese malwares ?

The DDS.txt log is pasted below.

Hello and welcome to Bleeping Computer

We apologize for the delay in responding to your request for help. Here at Bleeping Computer we get overwhelmed at times, and we are trying our best to keep up. Please note that your topic was not intentionally overlooked. Our mission is to help everyone in need, but sometimes it takes just a little longer to get to every request for help.

If you have since resolved the original problem you were having, we would appreciate you letting us know. If not please perform the following steps below so we can have a look at the current condition of your machine.

If you have not done so, include a clear description of the problems you're having, along with any steps you may have performed so far.

Upon completing the steps below another staff member will review and take the steps necessary with you to get your machine back in working order clean and free of malware.

If you have already posted a DDS log, please do so again, as your situation may have changed.
Use the 'Add Reply' and add the new log to this thread.

Thanks and again sorry for the delay.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan:
