When I close Explorer.exe it takes more than 2 mins for it to reopen. Before it would open in 1~5 secs. Also when I try using SuperAntiSpyware to scan, It would scan 2 items then freeze. I know I have some infections but when I scan using Malwarebtyes AntiMalware it never shows anything. What should I do?

EDIT: I just found out that my sound doesnt work  So anyone know how to fix that?
