hello everybody!
I need some help,...
First excuse me for my bad english....
I think my computer is infected because when i connect to the internet and dont do anything else the upload and daownload leds on my modem still active... when i look in my connection status windows i can see that octets are continuously sent and received. The problem is that i have an antivirus up to date with firewall (plus windows firewall), adaware pro with adwatch all the time active... i try spy bot, trojan hunter, a squared and hijack... and impossible to locate a worm virus or trojan downloader.. all says that my computer is ok!!! but you know paranoia and i cant put out off my head that someone or something is spying me!
So if somebody can help it would be very kind...
i post a hijack log here if it can help:

Hello shunryusuzuki and welcome to the BC forums. After reviewing your log I se not signs of virusesor malware at this time. The log is clean.

The only thing that I would fix is AdAware. The version that you currently have is extremely out of date and no longer supported by Lavasoft. I recommend upgrading to the most recent version (AdAware SE v1.06).

Other than that you are good to go.

Cheers.

Hi shunryusuzuki. The only thing that AdAware Pro has is the AdWatch module which monitors registry changes. You can pay for that if you want but you can get the same functionality from TeaTimer which is a part of Spybot Search&Destroy (which is free) or from WinPatrol (which is also free) or from the MS AntiSpyware beta. They all do the same thing which is monitor the registry for changes and alert youto allow of block the changes.

Cheers.
