I have just gotten a pretty bad virus. I have read on this web site that I need 'hijackthis' to fix my problem. Only problem is the virus won't let me download 'hijackthis.' If I go to google or yahoo and type 'hijackthis' in the search box the browser immediately closes - in IE or Firefox. However if I just type general stuff in the search box, it will not close. The virus will not let me run any of my 3 main virus checking programs that I normally do (Spybot, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Super AnitSpyware) Can anybody post a LINK for me to download 'hijackthis?'

(Moderator edit: post moved to more appropriate forum.jgw)
