I posted a HJT log on 3/2 hoping for some help. I know all of you are very busy, but I am afraid I got forgotten.

I waited a week, and did not hear from anyone. Since I hadn't heard from anyone, I tried to get some help in "Am I Infected?" forum. They helped, but then sent me back here. Here is the string from that help:

And, I have a friend's laptop posted here, too. I originally posted her computer on 3/3 under "Am I Infected?". I got alot of help, again, but ended up with a referral to HJT. Here is the string from that help:

Hello bomber1712,

All of our HJT Team helpers are volunteers and are working very hard to handle all the logs we have. At the moment, we have nearly 800 unanswered logs, some of them from Feb. 28. We try to take hijackthis logs in order (starting with the oldest), but it is often the skill level of the particular helper and sometimes the operating system that dictates which logs get selected first. Some infections are more complicated than others and require a higher skill level to remove. Without that skill level attempted removal could result in disastrous results. In other instances, the helper may not be familiar with the operating system that you are using, since they use another. While I understand your frustration, in either case, you wouldn't want someone to assist you who is not familiar with your issue and attempt to fix it, would you?

Please be patient. Your logs will be reviewed and answered as soon as possible. You WILL get a response.
