First thing you must do, in order to backups in case something goes wrong, is download HijackThis again and save/extract the file into its own directory, like c:\hijackthis.

It is not good to run hijackthis from a temporary directory. Do this and repost a new hijackthis log as there are entries that need to be fixed.
