I'm attempting to install a Microsoft wireless multimedia keyboard and a wireless optical mouse. I get as far as choosing which keyboard and mouse model I'm installing and it starts loading. However, it stops about half-way done and I get this message:

"Setup cannot continue because either there is insufficient free hard disk space or an unexpected error has occurred.
Please free the necessary disk space and run setup again. For system requirements, refer to the product packaging."

Well, I've done that; and my computer meets the specs.

I purchased the items from Dell; but they will not take them back; and I was informed that I have to sign a "software warranty" for them to help me. Can you believe it? I won't be dealing with them any more. :flowers:

Any suggestions?

Thanks so much for your time.
