Blue Screen Error
I am running Windows XP vs. 5.1 Service Pack 3.
Recently I have had malware detected and cleaned by Spybot Search and Destroy, Avast! and Malwarebytes. I have Zonealarm firewall. Now when I switch from my main Windows USER to another, the PC will RESTART and report a Blue Screen Error. What should I do?

Hello i am moving this to the XO forum. Please tell us the exact error message that appears,

If it is looping by and you cannot read it ,do this.
Right click My Computer > select properties > in the "Start up and Recovery area" click "Settings" > uncheck the box labeled "Automatic Restart."

Click OK . That will keep the blue screen so you can copy the info.
