Gun Metal runs slow

hey every one
i got this game called gun metal but it runs slow and i have put it on lowest graphics and still it runs a bit slow
so is their a patch for it??
it seems theirs a patch for it but when i try to download it it says link not found so i need a website that still has it

my computer
386 of sd pc-133 ram
933mhz pentium 3 l2 256kb cache
nvidia geforce 4 mx 440 se pci 64mb
yamaha sound card

and system requirements for the game
Operating System: Windows 98,2000,ME,XP Processor: Pentium II 450 or equivalent RAM: 64 MB System RAM Video Card: 32MB 3D graphics card Processor: DirectX 9 compatible sound card

Have you updated the graphics drivers lately? I've also heard of outdated sound drivers affecting performance in games too.

well i was using the most updated drivers for the card but then i went lower to about 45.32 force ware and the game ran much better Lol
and as for sound card drivers i cant find any new ones for the yamaha ds xg the version of that i got now is 5.12.01.5244

i was gonna use the aureal 8810 sound card with windows me but when i did it made my computer not have hibernate mode and the sound sounded bad in star craft but it works fine in my windows 98 system lol i was looking forward to using that card since people say its a good gaming card

i tryed the aureal 8810 sound card with different drivers and windows works now and it worked much better
but still it should be working better then it is lol
