Can we monitor who's looking at our website?

This is probably a very common subject. Is it possible to see who's clicking on your website via google searches? If so, can we block those ip address's from clicking on our sites via google searches? It just really frustrates me that I top up my account and 5 days later my balance is running low. I reckon it's competitors clicking on your sites to run your balance low.

Any thoughts and feedback would be much appreciated.
