Okay so I have no reason why this is happening but all of the sudden my computer will ask me to put my password in before letting me get to everything and I put it in correctly and the noise that comes when you log on plays and my desktop shows up and it goes back instantly to the log in screen. So now I can't do anything at all because it won't let me log in. Any help would be appreciated.

I an sorry but the only suggestion I can make is to reinstall Windows
We cannot tell you how to bypass the password. It is against forum rules:

If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.
