I'm real new to forums, so I hope that I'm doing at least this part right. Please forgive me if this post ends up in the wrong place! I really know nothing about "fixing" computers, but that's where I'm looking next.....I'm good at reading emails. So if any of you see my name pop up with silly questions, treat me like I this is a foreign language to me - because it really is! Thanks in advance for everybody's help and patience. Pati

Never hesitate to ask a question, even if you think it very elementary; this is a community of users like yourself, and everyone began knowing next to nothing about computers.
