Hi All,

I have noticed my sound has dissappeared when playing you tube and other things. I have discovered that the sound icon shows volume at its lowest but when I try to increase the volumn the little slide falls back to no sound again. I have tried to make it work from the control panel and also my AVG have detected no Virus only tracking cookies. Can someone help or point me in the right direction.

Kind regards

Hi .

I would try removing the current sound drivers...and then reinstalling the correct sound drivers.
