guys got problem here.. my friend cant use her s and q keys in her laptop.. i used it yesterday its working after using it no one else used it... now when she open her laptop she cant use the keys... what will i tell her to resolve the issue???

It Might be a defective keyboard which would require replacement

why won't my laptop work?

If you have access to a USB keyboard attach it to the laptop.
If the keys work propely it isn't a software issue.

If the USB keyboad works properly go to the DEVICE Manager
Uninstall the laptop keyboard
disconnect the USB keyboard & restart the computer so the laptop keyboard reinstalls
If the laptop keyboard still doesn't work right replace it.
