Hey,
So all the stuff i did so far is..."As soon as i boot up my computer gets slower and slower. Upon looking into the taskmanger processes somewhere around 100-500 processes are running all of them gibberish names "jksdf89sd" things like that. I have run the mcAfee antivirus program in both normal and safe mode. in normal it goes for about two hours than crashes my computer to a blue screen. in safe mode if finds nothing at all. Also tried to use spybot s&d but it prevents me from even getting on to their website. when i put it on a disk from another computer to transfer over it starts a command prompt window than closes very quickly. Trying to update i get and error message. " Error sending request. The server name or address could not be resolved"
I tried to preform a system restore and when i get to the point of clicking "next" button it clicks and nothing happens.
I am out of ideas short of formatting and id rather not do that.
any help would be appreciated "

Refer to the page below for further instructions on running ComboFix. This includes installing the Recovery Console. Note that you do not need your Windows XP disk to install it. Refer to this page if you are unsure how.

Double click on Combo-Fix.exe & follow the prompts.

When finished, it will produce a open a report for you. Post back with it. It is at C:\ComboFix.txt.

Do not mouseclick the ComboFix window while it's running. That may cause it to stall.

With Regards,
Extremeboy
