Sometimes when I am starting up my laptop and the bar thing is going across it will freeze and I have to hold the power button in and restart, and it says "Windows Failed To Start" and it asks me to do a system restore.
What is wrong?

It does not appear to be a malware related issue.

You Get A "Windows Failed To Start" Message

HP and Compaq Desktop users can refer to Windows Error Recovery: Windows failed to start.
