Hello,
In the past I have been able to clean some PCs with AV2009, today somebody brought me a laptop with two pieces of spware at least, but the problem is, that it freezes on startup just after loading the taskbar icon of the Fake AV, I tried to reboot in safe mode but gets frozen too.. any other suggestion?

Thanks in advance for your help

I managed to type at the beginning of the startup alt-shift-esc to get the task manager, and there were a bunch of random exe files at least 9 in between all the regular processes. Then frozen again.
