Hi guys, i have 3 problems with my pc..
1. There is this program 'cicero' that has to be ended everytime i shut down my pc..i am wondering that this may be a adware or something..
2. In my favourite, there are a few added items like 'cool stuff', 'shopping', 'gaming' etc..i cannot right click on it and i cannot even locate the location it is stored..
3. This is the most severe problem i had, this maybe a session issue. I can just login to a website each time. When try to login another website via another browser, it fails to log me in. At one time i can only access 1 page that requires session...

Please help, i had posted before and i got a good help, so i hope this time as well...thanks in advance!

Welcome Daven81 to Bleeping Computer.

Open HijackThis
Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.tibklavrdhuoahfihrzvmrbr.us/B_T...rNlED_mdzy.html

O1 - Hosts: 172.28.200.40 celcomgw
leave this on if you know for sure the numbers are correct

O2 - BHO: NAV Helper - {BDF3E430-B101-42AD-A544-FADC6B084872} - C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\NavShExt.dll (file missing)

O3 - Toolbar: Norton AntiVirus - {42CDD1BF-3FFB-4238-8AD1-7859DF00B1D6} - C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\NavShExt.dll (file missing)

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ERROR SKIP] C:\DOCUME~1\PEKSHY~1.LEE\APPLIC~1\chicmags\siteitch.exe

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running.
Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Reboot the computer.

***

Download and unzip to one folder:
http://metallica.geekstogo.com/findlop.zip

Inside the folder find findlop.bat

Doubleclick it and it will create the file C:\findlop.txt
Find that file and copy the content into your next post.

This infection uses a task to create itself again. we are now deleting that task, and its file.

Copy and paste the text from the box to an empty file in Notepad.
%systemdrive%
cd C:\WINDOWS\Tasks
attrib -r -s -h B00C0C5391BFB6CF.job
del B00C0C5391BFB6CF.job

Save the file:
name : remjob.bat
location: desktop
type : all types

Close Notepad.

Doubleclick remjob.bat on your desktop.

Then reboot to safe mode.
Open Windows Explorer.
remove this folder:
c:\documents and settings\pek.shyuan.lee\application data\chicmags\
Reboot back to normal mode.

Please post back a fresh log using HijackThis made in normale mode to see if it returned already.
